Elevated Offerings: A Journey of Growth and Learning

Hello, friends! I’m excited to share a new chapter in my journey with you!

As I continue my work in educational consulting, I’ve reached a place where growth and learning feel beautifully intertwined. With every project, I’m reminded of why I started InterestEd: to make a real difference for students, families, and schools. Wrapping up my recent work at RVA and waiting on a few new contract possibilities, I’m feeling both reflective and energized about what’s next.

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been accepted into the Gifted and Talented Add-on Graduate Program at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point! This year-long program includes three intensive semesters that will deepen my understanding of gifted education and open new doors for supporting students. And there’s an exciting bonus—the program offers a pathway to a master’s degree if I decide to pursue it further!

The courses are all designed to strengthen our ability to support gifted learners, touching on everything from foundational principles to the unique psychological needs of gifted students and innovative curriculum strategies. Each class feels like an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and bring new ideas back to my work with students and educators.

This program feels like the perfect step forward, blending my passion for gifted education with my drive to keep learning. Gifted education is such a creative, inspiring field, and I’m eager to explore it more deeply and share what I learn with all of you.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the encouragement and support I’ve received from you—readers, clients, and friends. Knowing you’re here cheering me on gives me so much motivation to keep growing and trying new things. Thank you for being part of this journey with me, and here’s to all the learning and exploration that lies ahead!

Warmly,
Laura
